1. 照射：该方法用激光照射(irradiation)并在有被激光照射的半导体薄膜的基板上由非晶或多晶薄膜在希望的位置以希望的尺寸进行. 本发明的单晶硅膜制造方法包括:在透明或半透明基板上形成半导体层或金属薄膜的阶段;

2. 辐射,照射：光线、辐射照射(irradiation)及金属离子如铜或铁之污染,均能加速虾红素氧化褪色. 曾有一度盛传虾米添加有萤光剂,事实上天然的虾红素本身就是萤光物质,所以虾米有萤光反应也是理所当然的现象(有关虾米的萤光详见孙宝年等著 虾米的萤光 中国水产月刊 第345期 3~6页 民国七十年九月).
